Compassionate care, gentle approach, and inclusive to all species of companions.

Palliative & Quality of Life Care

The collective priority during this time is the overall well-being of your beloved companion. This includes mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Palliative care upholds your companion’s dignity, provides pain management, ensures that your companion’s days are manageable & comfortable, and alleviates additional stress.

Navigating the daily needs and care of your companion can be challenging during this time. I’m here to ensure that you feel supported and have assistance when care may be overwhelming. The range of needs is expansive and will be custom to your situation.

I work in coordination with your Veterinary team. I am not a replacement for Veterinary treatment.

Grief Support

Our animal companions are deeply connected to our daily lives, spanning years and significant events & milestones.

Our bond with animal companions improves our health, reduces stress, provides love & companionship, and even gets us active. When our beloved companion’s time in this realm has reached it’s end, we are often shook by the loss. What we experience during our time of Bereavement can alter our daily life significantly.

I am here to assist you through your time of Mourning and Grief. Grief is a form of love and that love can help us through our Bereavement.

Bereavement of a companion animal is valid and your feelings will be acknowledged, welcomed, and accepted. It is important to allow yourself to process these feelings and work with your grief, to reduce internal turmoil and personal suffering.

Examples of ways that I may assist:

  • Navigating guilt or unanswered questions

  • Shining light on love, navigating grief as a form of love.

  • Creating ritual, memorials, & meaningful rememberance

  • Setting up self care & daily supportive routines

  • Writing out grief through letters & journal prompts

  • Listening - I want to hear your experiences, story of your companion, & what you need to say

Pricing:

  • Initial Consultation, Visit - $50/1 hr visit

  • Package options will be available for a multi-visit, multi-service care plan. This will be determined during our initial consultation and designed to your specific needs & wishes.
